Gareth’s 20 years’ experience in the field of Engineering includes over 15 years working in Formula 1, both in Engineering and technical management. These 15 years have bought about an incredible run of success with 10 Driver’s and 10 Constructor’s F1 World Championships.

Gareth’s experience is varied having also worked in disciplines outside of motorsport, this broad skillset helps set Mantica apart as we are able to bring problem solving solutions that can’t use the same level of cost and complexity as F1, but we can leverage F1 level Engineering, technology and manufacturing methods to any project.
